Learn About the Tent Rental Process Before Sending an Inquiry
Thank you for considering Kansas City Tent Rental! We're a small, family-owned business focused on providing high-quality tent and event rentals throughout the Kansas City area. We understand that not everyone is familiar with planning events that require tents, so here’s some helpful information to get you started.
Choose a Date for Your Event
Most parties happen on Saturdays or Sundays. Typically, we set up on Thursday or Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday, giving you the tent or package for the entire weekend. Make the most of it by hosting a brunch the next morning or inviting friends over for an evening gathering before the big event.
Estimate Your Guest Count
You don’t need to have the exact number yet, but it’s important to plan for everyone being under the tent, especially in case of rain. We can always bring extra chairs and tables if your guest list changes!
Where Will the Tent Be Set Up?
We need a clear, unobstructed space to set up your tent. This means no shrubs, patio furniture, or other objects in the area. You can even check out a time-lapse video of our setup process here!
Any Underground Hazards?
We secure tents by driving stakes about 3 feet into the ground. Let us know if there are sprinkler systems, underground wiring, septic tanks, or anything else we should know before setting up.
